Responsibilities
Room preventantive maintance is the number one priority.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
- Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
- Utilize logic controllers, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and schematics for diagnosing electrical issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
- Implement project management techniques to oversee maintenance projects from inception to completion.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the maintenance department.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with high voltage systems, low voltage systems, logic controllers, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and schematics is essential.
- Previous experience in project management within a maintenance context is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
