Summary
We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn. This position is a floating position so you must be available all 3 shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing our guests' experience and upholding our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain front desk operations including managing phone systems and reservations.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is required.
- Previous Hilton PEP experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work all 3 shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) including weekends and holidays.
