What are the responsibilities and job description for the FT 2nd Shift Front Desk position at Hilton Garden Inn Findlay?
The Hilton Garden Inn Findlay is seeking a Front Desk Representative.
We are looking for someone with an out-going personality, who must also be professional, enthusiastic and energetic. As a front of the line employee, it is important that our desk associates are able to welcome our guest in a friendly and professional manner. If you have great customer service skills and enjoy working with people, we look forward to meeting you!
Shifts will be primarily 3pm-11pm.
Expectations:
- Flexible scheduling
- Must be able to stand for multiple hours at a time
- Must work well with others
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must hold great communication skills
- Must be available Weekends and holidays (but not all)
- Hotel experience is preferred but not required
- Customer Service experience preferred
Responsibilities Include:
- Making reservations and accommodating guests' requests prior to arrival
- Performing efficient guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handling guests' issues on property and on the phone
- Monitoring upcoming arrivals for leisure and group reservations
- Welcoming guests to our property based on our brand standards
- Properly communicating with other shifts & departments to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude to better serve our guests
- Handling on property requests in a timely manner'
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
