Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Welcoming Guests:Providing a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival and departure.
- Check-in and Check-out Procedures:Handling guest check-in and check-out, including verifying reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
- Reservation Management:Managing and updating reservations, including making changes, cancellations, and handling inquiries.
- Answering Guest Inquiries:Responding to guest questions about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and other information.
- Handling Payments:Processing payments for room charges, services, and other expenses.
- Resolving Guest Issues:Addressing guest concerns and complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Maintaining Front Desk Area:Keeping the front desk tidy and organized, ensuring that necessary supplies are available.
- Communicating with Other Departments:Collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Providing Local Information:Offering recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities.
- Performing Clerical Tasks:Sorting mail, making copies, filing documents, and other administrative duties.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
