Front Desk Agent
Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be the first point of contact for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for guest relations, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system, Hilton PEP experience a plus
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Assist with guest requests, such as booking reservations or arranging transportation
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel reservation software
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a hospitality setting
- Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hospitality management is advantageous
