Duties

- Manage the check-in and check-out process while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle reservations and cancellations through phone, email, or in-person requests.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred, particularly within the hospitality industry.
- Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on providing outstanding service.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
