Front Desk Agent
Job Description:
The Night Audit position is the first impression our guests have of our business and we are looking for someone who can build a strong first impression with a professional and engaging personality.
Essential Functions:
·Provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience to all guests.
·Answer incoming calls and register guests.
·Handle all incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
·Handle guest reservations and payments in a courteous and professional manner.
·Verify reservations are correct and accurate.
·Verify all room descriptions, rates, and amenities are accurate.
·Verify all meal program details are accurate.
·Assist sales team with any questions or issues that arise from the front desk.
·Know when to assist with reservations by pointing out availability on the board or by calling the number provided.
·Know when to assist with any other guest needs such as check in or out, elevator access, or room service needs.
·Know when to assist with any other facility or company needs such as cleaning, maintenance, or security needs.
·Know when to assist with any other administrative needs such as faxing documents or forwarding email correspondence.
·Maintain a clean and organized work environment consistent with health and safety standards.
·Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous Customer Service Experience preferred.
- Previous Hotel Guest Service Preferred.
- Previous Hospitality Experience Preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
