Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Agent at Hilton Garden Inn Sioux Falls Downtown, located in Sioux Falls, SD. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, answering phone calls, making reservations, and addressing guest inquiries. Daily tasks also include performing receptionist duties, handling guest concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the guests' stay.
Qualifications
