Hilton Garden Inn Williamsburg is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are a 3-star hotel located in Williamsburg, VA and we are known for our excellent customer service.
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the hotel, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. This includes performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, and landscaping.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, such as leaky faucets and clogged drains.
Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including changing filters and troubleshooting malfunctions.
Perform electrical repairs, such as replacing light fixtures and switches.
Repair and maintain appliances, such as refrigerators, ovens, and washing machines.
Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
