The Hilton Garden Inn is currently seeking a hardworking and energetic FRONT DESK AGENt to join our team!
As a Front Desk Agent you will provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service. Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently. Ensure all aspects of hotel accounting for all areas of hotel operations are processed correctly and accurately recorded. Audit, balance, post, and report on cash and credit operations and reset all registers.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write and speak fluently. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to compile facts and figures. You will regularly use a computer and different software. This position requires continuous movement, and occasionally, you will have to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience highly preferred but not required.
- Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement. Employees are expected to be punctual and dependable.
- Weekly schedule varies and includes evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays.
- On occasion, may be assigned to work at any of the three sister properties (Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, and Homewood Suites), as needed.
Multiple shifts available:
Morning 6am to 2pm
Evening 2pm to 10pm
