Hotel Houseperson - Hilton Garden Inn

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel House Person. As a vital part of our hotel operations, you will ensure that our guests enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your primary responsibility will be to support the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned public areas according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Ensure all amenities and supplies are stocked in guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
• Empty trash containers and transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department or manager.
• Follow established safety precautions and procedures at all times.
• Drive the hotel shuttle for transportation request.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid drivers license.
