Your Role
As a Recreation/Activities Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Recreation Department.
This includes coordinating lifeguards, maintaining regular attendance in accordance with the standards established and revised by HGVC from time to time, and carrying out reasonable requests from management.

Your Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of one year of experience in resort recreation or a related field.
- Supervisor experience is preferred.
- Lifeguard certification is required.
You will also benefit from having an Associate's or College degree and relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.
