About the Role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service, preparing reports and correspondence, and contributing to our team's goals.
- Provide administrative support to the resort team, including telephone operations, owner/guest requests, mail distribution, and supply management.
- Maintain effective communication and coordinate departmental efforts to achieve efficiency, profitability, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction standards.
- Assist with research and preparation of responses to owner/guest complaints or questions.
- Update the Resort Manager on delinquent accounts and prepare relevant correspondence.
- Support the Resort Manager in inspecting units and ensuring high-quality housekeeping and maintenance.
- Coordinate the use of guest supplies, maintenance parts, and housewares inventory.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic data entry and work processing skills, including Word and Excel.
- A minimum of one year of relevant administrative experience.
