What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agent New Member Reservations position at Hilton Grand Vacations?
Use your communication skills and positive attitude to power vacation dreams as a Call Center Team Member. In this role, you’ll serve as our vacation solutions guide, connecting customers to their ideal vacations before they even set foot within one of our resorts. In this fast paced and energetic environment, you’ll be talking with guests every day, planning travel adventures, and building anticipation for exciting vacations.
This position will provide outstanding sales and customer service skills to customers to enhance guest experience, maximize package usage and increase new owner growth.
- Call package holders to book travel dates, verify details, answer questions and follow up as needed.
- Meet performance standards for department metrics
- Sales skills required for the reselling and saving of packages
- Collecting of additional monies and fees associated with package
- Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with Hilton Grand Vacation customers, coworkers, and managers.
- Able to excel in a fast pace and loud environment
- Efficient in using multiple computer systems
- Ensure the privacy and security of confidential information about our guest and company
- Keeping accurate log of reservations on a spreadsheet
- Transfer guests to our different Transfer Partners
Schedule Details:
This position offers a M-F 8:00am-4:30pm schedule with nights and weekends off.

- Timeshare/hospitality background preferred
- Strong sense of customer service with enthusiastic, energetic, and professional behavior.
- Customer service/sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High School diploma
