Essential Duties Omni Limousine, Inc. is the leader in Las Vegas luxury transportation and guest experience. The primary responsibility of the Reservationist(s) is to make reservations and take instructions pertaining to transportation orders. This position collaborates with Customers, Dispatch and Professional Chauffeurs to have the necessary information to complete trips successfully and on-time. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as Omni Limousine Las Vegas policies and procedures. The Reservationist(s) are an ambassador for our brand, where the engaging and anticipating service you provide over the telephone will make our guests feel valued and reflect the exceptional transportation experience they are about to enjoy.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Includes, but not limited to: Working with the Reservation Manager and other Reservationists in the day-to-day operations of the Reservation Center as it relates to accurately accepting trip reservations from eligible passengers. This work is done in compliance with the procedures defined by the client and in conformance with company procedures. Duties involve daily communication and interaction with passengers, schedulers, dispatchers, manager, etc. Ensure that Reservations have collected all necessary data required to schedule trips accordingly, and organize and conduct activities to assure safe, cost-effective, on-time operating performance. Set up new accounts, manage chat function, and ensure payment accuracy Answering phones in a consistent manner. Answering complaints in a timely manner. Assisting Supervisor/manager with staff and customer concerns. Speaking to clients with common courtesy, and respect. Using Microsoft based software, FASTTRAK, and RTC OnDemand software to do a combination of data entry and analyzing to schedule trips. Assisting in the entry of clean and correct data. Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills Ability to maintain the highest standards of excellence in appearance and attitude. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills. Excellent attendance record. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Telephone speaking and or reservation call experience. Computer experience. Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills are required Strong analytical/logical skills Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of previous Transportation experience or other customer service experience preferred.
