As a Bartender you will be responsible for driving company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Knowledge of mixed liquor’s and ale’s soda, water, sugars and other prepared beverages.
- Serve other cold beverages such as wine, beer and sodas and collect monies for beverages served as well as food served in the lounge area.
- Prepare bar area in supplies needed such as ice, slice and pit fruit garnishing drinks etc. Full knowledge of Micros and end of shift reports.
- Place bottle goods and glasses to make an attractive display. All bottles are placed according to specs.
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards.
- Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to the collective bargaining agreement.
- Quarterly bonuses are not guaranteed
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1 years of Cashiering/Cash Handling Experience
- Previous Bartender experience (preferred)
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to push, pull and lift to 50 pounds
