The Lead Sales Gallery Coordinator serves management with decisions and initiatives. SGC Leads should work all functions within the Support Serves department. They will ensure guest experiences exceed company expectations, and maintain the integrity of the Support Services operations according to established company policies and departmental procedures.

- Creates the Daily Rotation for the Sales Executives and Sales Leaders
- Assists management to review and improve desk operations and efficiency
- Reconciles inventory on a daily/monthly basis
- Responsible for handling escalated Customer complaints in person and over the phone
- Ensures and verifies that assignment of tours is logged and completed in HGV system
- Monitors housekeeping and overall maintenance needs of the Sales Galleries and reports issues to the appropriate contact
- Provides leadership, guidance, supervision, and training to Sales Gallery Coordinators
- Co-facilitates regular team meetings to ensure clear communication on priorities, updates and HILTON values
- Creates and maintains internal operating procedures for Support Services to ensure consistent practices and use for training purposes
