What will I be doing?

The Spa Manager is responsible for the operation and members of the spa, to include personal care services, fitness areas and outdoor recreation facilities and programs :

Oversees member and guest relation functions.

Promotes and sells memberships and spa services.

Supervises member accounts and billing processes.

Formulates and monitors budget,expenditures, and revenue forecast.

Performs the duties of subordinate staff as needed.

Completes all required training / compliance courses as assigned.

Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Key Skills and experience :

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the spa services field is required.

A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in the spa service field is required.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to interpret and create policies, procedures and manuals.

Excellent customer service.

Able to establish and maintain a collaborative working relation.

Ability to interpret and build spreadsheets.

Able to use good judgment; work independently, with minimal direction.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Able to change from one task to another of a different nature, within established timeframes.

Basic math skills.

Cash handling skills (count currency, make and count back change.)
