Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Mountain Run Resort. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our owners and guests, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
You will greet guests and owners upon arrival, check them in and out of the property, and respond to their requests. If you enjoy helping people make memories of a lifetime by enjoying vacations, this is an outstanding opportunity for you.
Schedule Details
This is a full-time position with a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays. You will work from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and owners on arrival.
- Check in/out guests.
- Generate folios and collect payments.
- Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact the appropriate departmental personnel.
- Prepare and restock the front desk with supplies, including preparing arrival packets and area information.
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient English language skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Front Desk/Guest Services Agent experience.
- Cash/credit card transactions experience.
- Resort Hospitality or related industry experience.
