Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking an IT AP Specialist who will assist the IT Finance department in ensuring invoices are accurate and paid on time. Position will also be responsible for purchase order submissions, as well as ad hoc requests and reporting as needed. Works with all levels of the IT Management Team including Analysts, Managers, Directors, as well as corporate partners, to promote an efficient means of tracking and analyzing costs.
What will I be Doing?
- Code and submit invoices to Accounts Payable Department
- Research invoices in Oracle and work with vendors to resolve any discrepancies as needed
- Track and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner and communicate any discrepancies to Management
- Review Purchase Order requests and validate against software schedules to ensure proper planning and forecasting
- Assist with developing reports and dashboards to track invoicing and financial operations
- Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the team member can perform
- Must possess excellent time management and self-motivation skills
- Organized and disciplined with professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be capable of adapting to a dynamic and constantly changing environment and possess a sense of urgency
- Exhibit basic knowledge of computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications and Oracle
Required Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- 1 - 3 years previous AP experience
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple numerical related tasks and maintain accuracy
