The Product Manager, Data & Insights, will play a pivotal role in advancing Hilton Grand Vacations' data and analytics capabilities. This position focuses on delivering impactful insights, driving innovation with AI/ML, and creating scalable, self-service tools to empower decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will strategically align data initiatives with business goals, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
- Maintain a rolling 12-month product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
- Prioritize and refine product features, ensuring a balance between user needs and business goals.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery.
- Deliver product outcomes to key business metrics, using data to evaluate opportunities and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Address stakeholder feedback, build consensus, and effectively escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to create innovative solutions that balance technical feasibility, design excellence, and resource constraints.

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- 3 years of product management experience, with a focus on data analytics or insights.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to write clear, actionable specifications and prioritize features based on business impact.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience in aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a history of leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or timeshare industries.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, customer lifecycle analytics, and advanced reporting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
