Remote Product Manager - Hybrid | WFH

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Product Manager to drive the implementation and launch of a dynamic membership-based program. This pivotal role will focus on delivering innovative mobile and web-based digital solutions, significantly improving our website and dining systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and external vendors, to outline product features and capabilities.
• Transform product ideas into actionable user stories, epics, and essential documentation such as project briefs and prioritized requirements.
• Employ tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet to effectively document and monitor project progress.
• Work in partnership with creative, technology, legal, finance, and other departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Actively represent product management in initiatives related to the membership program launch and website improvements.
• Assist in defect triage by collaborating with technical, creative, and production teams to pinpoint and resolve root causes, while addressing any blockers as necessary.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders at varying levels through presentations, emails, and meetings.
  
  

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related field.
• Strong capability to navigate ambiguity and advance digital and technological solutions.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with teams in technology, design, project management, business, and user experience.
• Proficient in influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in leading stakeholder requirement discussions.
• Strategic thinker with a history of executing ideas efficiently.
• Familiar with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical, user, and business challenges in high-pressure environments.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
