The Wilderness Club at Big Cedar offers the chance to join our elite team of Hilton Grand Vacations. What will I be doing?
As a Recreation Supervisor, you'll perform key responsibilities that drive company success, including:
- Assisting the Recreation Manager with all aspects of running the Recreation Department
- Administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, training, and mentoring team members, monitoring hours worked, invoicing, and processing other clerical documentation
- Coordinating lifeguards
- Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position
- Carrying out reasonable requests of management

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 Year resort recreation or related field required
- Supervisor experience preferred
- Lifeguard Certified
