Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the resort's buildings and grounds are well-maintained and attractive
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete special projects and tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities maintenance
- Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations
- Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification
