What will I be doing?
As a Sales Gallery Coordinator, you will be the first level of interaction with our guests arriving at the Sales Gallery for a Sales Presentation. The position's focus is to provide the highest level of customer service while assisting in day to day front line sales operations and administrative duties.
- The Sales Gallery Coordinator is the first person that our customers will interact with and they must possess the service standards and brand quality that distinguish Hilton among the finest global hospitality companies in the world.
- Demonstrates excellence in service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction, responding to guests in a timely and professional manner. A courteous and professional demeanor must prevail when handling upset guests and difficult situations.
- This position will greet and interact with guests and owners and handle all pre-arrival processes and closing processes for the sales presentation including recording the reservation, assigning the Sales Executive and handling the premium gifting program, while ensuring all Front of the House areas are presentable and well stocked to HGV standards. This includes refreshments, reception, and the main and auxiliary sales gallery areas.
- This position will also rotate various administrative duties to include but is not limited to; booking tours, completing and updating reports and forms to assist the sales and marketing operations, updating vacation planners, handling multi phone lines, managing children in our Kids Club while the parent/guardian(s) is on tour, handling all refreshment orders within budget and assisting guests with inquiries and information and engaging them in conversation.
- Administer the Sales Rotation (Power Line), manage the Sales Executive attendance schedule and sales table assignments. Responsible for maintaining and Reconciling cash bank balances.
- Must be able to multi-task with meeting internal and external customer requests while managing a busy sales rotation (Power Line) and sales center activity.

- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1-2 years of front desk or guest service experience for a hotel or property
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language (written and verbal) and read comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong commitment to the consistent delivery of quality guest service

3-5 years of previous guest service or hospitality experience
