What Will I be Doing?
The Vice President of Team Member Relations is responsible for leading our efforts in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high performing workplace culture. This executive leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement, resolve workplace concerns, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Lead the team member relations function, ensuring alignment with company values and business goals.
- Develop and implement policies and programs to enhance workplace culture, team member satisfaction, and retention.
- Oversee the resolution of complex employee relations issues with fairness, consistency, and professionalism.
- Partner with other divisions of HR, legal, and leadership teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance on labor relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Analyze trends and data to proactively address workplace concerns and drive continuous improvement.

- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

- 10 years of progressive HR/employee relations leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior leadership, and drive organizational change.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Bachelor's degree
