Front Desk Agent – Hampton Inn & Suites Union Center
Hampton Inn & Suites Union Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team! We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent hospitality.
Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries or concerns
- Handle reservations and process payments accurately
- Answer phones and respond to guest requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
- PEP experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
