Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel/resort. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel/resort
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services and amenities
- Assist guests with reservations and requests
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (bilingual/multilingual)
- Proficiency in front desk operations
- Knowledge of guest relations and guest services
- Familiarity with resort operations is advantageous
