Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain an organized front desk area while ensuring all phone systems are answered promptly and professionally.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations.
- Additional task will and may be assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within the hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and proficiency in hotel management software is an advantage.
