As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming environment while also managing and training staff effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to uphold high standards of service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while meeting guest expectations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are available for staff use.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events that require additional housekeeping support.
- Maintain records of completed tasks, staff performance, and any issues that arise during shifts.
Experience
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry is preferred.
