Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Operate phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Provide assistance with billing inquiries and process payments as necessary.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
