The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel sales to include food and beverage management and possess strong leadership skills.
Job Description:
As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our full-service property. You will lead a talented team of sales professionals and work closely with the senior management to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue from all market segments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
