Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hospitality-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including conducting night audits, processing guest payments, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Perform night audits to ensure that all hotel financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Process guest payments, including handling credit card transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and easily accessible.
- Operate hotel phone systems, taking messages for guests and providing information to callers.
- Assist with hospitality management tasks, such as managing guest lists and coordinating special events.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Work closely with hotel management to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management, hospitality management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Experience with night audit procedures is a must. OnQ experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for this role.
- Familiarity with hotel phone systems and front desk operations is required.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual) is an asset.
- Prior experience with hospitality management systems is a plus.
