What is the job?
As a Service Well Bartender with our restaurant hospitality team, you play a crucial role in delivering first-class service by mixing and preparing drinks.
Your day to day:

You prepare garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks as well as follow all set-up procedures to ensure the restaurant is ready for the day's guests.
As servers put in drink orders, you assist them by answering any questions they have and preparing their drinks quickly. You report complaints to the manager as they occur as well as make sure the bar and our equipment stay clean. In addition, you make sure that all food items are properly stored, labeled, dated, and rotated to prevent any health or safety hazards from occurring.
Once the orders from servers stop rolling in. You clean and lock the bar area according to closing procedures at the end of the day when scheduled.
