Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm
Hourly Rate Range: The hourly rate range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- At least six (6) months of customer service experience
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Hotel experience in guest services
- Experience with different hospitality platforms such as OnQ Property Management System, Passkey, and OnQ Rate & Inventory would be advantageous
A Group Rooms Coordinator is responsible for all pre-registration, room blocks, and handling all special reservation requests for individuals and groups in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific tasks required of this position include:
- Processing group reservation information including rooming lists, booking links, suites, resumes and billing requirements
- Creating and managing inventory for all group blocks in communications with Sales/Events departments
- Processing reservation request calls and emails as appropriate, assisting internal and external customers
- Checking and responding to emails daily and in a timely manner - internally and externally
- Preparing all VIP key packets and makes special arrangements as needed
- Attending pre-conference (precon) meetings as needed
