We are in search of a strong leader with expertise in Food & Beverage. This role will assist our Director of Food & Beverage in all efforts executed in the food and beverage department including our Banquet Events.

Compensation: $65,000-70,000
Responsibilities
- To achieve marketing, sales, profitability, and quality service goals for the food and beverage outlets by executing marketing strategies, providing quality service to the customers and employing leadership and managerial skills effectively.
- Assists Food & Beverage Director in Menu creation and costing for the banquet needs.
- Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints.
- Assists in development and execution of various marketing strategies
- Implements and maintains effective two-way communication systems which reach all employees.
- Manages in compliance with established company policies and procedures, along with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Teach, implement, and reward employees in utilizing their empowerment to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Ensures staff demonstrates technical skills; conducts technical training on a regular basis.
- Updates staff on regular basis on menu highlights.
- Monitors presentation of food product and reviews areas of concern with the Culinary team.
- Monitors service and teamwork on a regular basis and counsels employees when necessary.
- Ensures that staff is utilizing up selling techniques while providing customer service.
- Conducts effective employee meetings and counseling sessions.
- Participates in weekly staff meetings.
- Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment for all employees and guests.
- Maintain and enforce all SOP and service standards.
- Assist in ensuring that all administrative functions are performed accurately and on a timely basis including payroll, accounts payable, inventory and product ordering.
- Learns, understands, and refers to the Standard Operating Procedures
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
