Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Meeting Manager located in Norfolk, VA. The Executive Meeting Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing meetings and events at The Main, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for clients. Day-to-day tasks may include event planning, client communication, logistics coordination, and overseeing event execution.
Qualifications
- Event Planning, Coordination, and Management skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
- Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in hospitality or event management industry is a plus
- 2 years or more hotel experience preferred.
