The team is currently seeking an Engineer If you are a seasoned building engineer with high rise building experience this is the perfect opportunity to join one of the best Engineering teams in the business! We have 1024 rooms and 32 floors in downtown San Francisco, and we offer some of the best views through bay with floor to ceiling windows.
This role will be responsible for maintaining the guest rooms, public space and back of the house areas in good repair by performing various tasks related to a variety of trades including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering and masonry to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel.
Ideal candidates for this role will possess:
At least three (3) years of hotel maintenance experience.
Full availability to work AM PM and Overnight shifts including weekends and holidays.
Two (2) years or more of experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC is a plus!
Experience Working With High Rise Buildings Is Preferred.
Classification: Full Time

- Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment.
- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry.
- Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
- Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
