ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare sushi according to the recipes and Hilton Standards.
- Handle and prepare raw fish and other seafood with attention to freshness and quality.
- Create visually appealing and delicious rolls for our guest while being innovated and staying up to the latest trends.
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation standards.

- Interact with customers, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the staff to ensure efficient operations and timely service.

- Ability to stand for an extended period of time and work in fast-paced environment.
