About the Property
The Hilton Orrington/Evanston is a historic 269-room hotel located in downtown Evanston, Illinois, just north of Chicago. Established in 1923, the property is one block from Northwestern University and within walking distance of local shops, eateries, and attractions. The hotel offers over 15,000 square feet of versatile event space, including two ornate ballrooms that have been recently renovated and a rooftop terrace, making it ideal for meetings and special events. Guests can enjoy dining at the on-site Evanston Corner Bistro, which serves classic American cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients.

What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ General Manager OR 3 years’ Hotel Manager experience managing a property with $15M or greater in revenue and 200 rooms.
- Experience managing union partnerships.
- Proven experience managing CAPEX projects and budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive team member culture.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue.
- Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and community partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hilton brand expertise.
- Local market.

The annual salary range for this role is $185K - $200K and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
