Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform minor repairs and servic.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair vehicle components.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes and recommendations clearly.
- Assist in sales by promoting services and products that meet customer needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in powersports repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle systems.
- Experience using power tools, hand tools, and soldering equipment effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs or maintenance tasks.
