What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental and Corporate Litigator position at Hinckley Allen?
Hinckley Allen's Product Liability & Toxic Tort team requires an experienced attorney to manage complex cases, including asbestos and products liability matters. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in toxic tort litigation and/or products liability cases, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting research to develop defense strategies;
- Navigating claims through resolution by dismissal, settlement, motion practice, or trial;
- Drafting various court documents, including discovery demands and responses;
- Representing clients at courtroom appearances;
- Managing a large volume of cases.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Admission to the bar in both Missouri and Illinois is required.
