The Product Liability & Toxic Tort team at Hinckley Allen seeks an experienced attorney to handle complex cases, including asbestos and products liability matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in toxic tort litigation and/or products liability cases.
Key Accountabilities:
- Developing and implementing effective defense strategies;
- Navigating claims through resolution by dismissal, settlement, motion practice, or trial;
- Drafting various court documents, including discovery demands and responses;
- Representing clients at courtroom appearances;
- Managing a large volume of cases.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Admission to the bar in both Missouri and Illinois is required.
