Wedding Planner

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for couples and their guests. Your expertise in event planning, organizational skills, and ability to negotiate contracts will be essential in delivering exceptional service.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for their wedding day.
• Plan and coordinate all elements of the wedding, including ceremony , catering, floral arrangements, and entertainment.
• Manage budgets effectively while upselling additional services that enhance the overall experience.
• Develop event marketing strategies to promote weddings and attract potential clients.
• Oversee the logistics of the event day, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any concerns or requests promptly during the event.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and venues to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning or wedding coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and vendors.
• Ability to negotiate contracts effectively while maintaining positive relationships with partners.
• Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants is a plus.
• Knowledge of event marketing strategies is beneficial for promoting services effectively.
• A passion for creating memorable experiences and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
