Patient Advocate Specialist

• We are looking for a skilled professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in acute impatient settings or specialty areas such as ICU, ER, Oncology, NICU, or Acute Rehab.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical, emotional, and social needs.
