We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software quality assurance, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for mentoring junior team members. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by developing test strategies, identifying and implementing automation frameworks, building out test tools for the QA team, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Accomplish
- Test Planning and Strategy : Lead the development and refinement of test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage across all new features and releases. Adapt strategies to align with evolving project priorities and timelines, with a focus on improving test efficiency and reducing defects.
- Automated Test Script Development : Architect and maintain an evolving suite of automated test scripts for critical product features, ensuring the automation framework is optimized for speed and accuracy. Drive automation coverage to exceed 70% across all supported platforms.
- Test Execution and Monitoring : Direct the execution of both manual and automated test cases, closely monitoring outcomes to ensure consistent quality standards. Implement monitoring tools to track test execution metrics and improve test cycle efficiency.
- Design and Develop Custom QA Tools : Innovate and build custom tools tailored to our team’s needs, such as automated reporting systems and environment management utilities, to eliminate manual bottlenecks and accelerate testing cycles.
- Mentorship and Support : Inspire and mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers, fostering their professional growth and promoting best practices within the team. Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $112,000 - $168,000.
