About the role
Hingham's Digital Banking Group is looking for a Digital Payments Specialist to take responsibility for the Bank"s payments business and infrastructure including support for wires, check item processing, ACH and debit cards. You will be responsible for delivering and supporting all payment tools and related payment system interfaces, including the Federal Reserve, the Automated Clearing House network and Mastercard. You will be the key point of contact for all consumer and business electronic payments and our digital business operations that support our client facing teams, including our Specialized Deposit Group.

The Digital Banking Group plays an important role in our ongoing product development and process improvement efforts, aimed at providing a higher level of service to our customers, and may be responsible for identifying, testing, and delivering new products and services for our customers.

Ability to manage incidents in terms of incident identification, scope assessment, solution analysis, remediation and communication efforts to client, internal teams and vendors through to resolution.
Identify opportunities to develop or modify current workflows to further enhance client engagement with payment tools while maintaining sensitivity to risk
