Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team in Escanaba, Michigan.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer accounts and interactions.
- Set up and maintain client management system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
- Provide support in project management tasks related to client onboarding and account maintenance.
- Work with corporate office to ensure acuurate account setups and resolve issues.
- Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor(s) and associate financial advisor.
- Conduct transaction requests as directed by financial advisor(s) and associate financial advisor(s).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Provide insight and recommendations to effectively use key tools (MOD, Go Social, Advisor website, etc.) that help lead to results in the practice.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong skills in account management are desirable.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights that contribute to improved customer relationships.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients.
- A background in financial services or sales can enhance your candidacy but is not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
