What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Branch Manager (Tacoma, WA) position at Hiossen Implant?
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity; assists with preparing RFA's (Request for Approval) for special sales initiatives.
- Conducts sales calls and other activities aimed at achieving sales quota and goals for the Sales Representative's assigned accounts and territory. Conducts all sales activities in accordance with Hiossen's policies and procedures and in accordance with all applicable laws.
- Assists with dental surgery procedures in the use of Hiossen products with customers and dentists within the Sales Representative's territory providing guidance in dental drilling sequences and surgery area setup.
- Ensures collection of outstanding Accounts Receivables from customers in conjunction with Hiossen Corporate staff.
- Regularly recruit and schedule dentists and other dental professionals to attend Hiossen seminars.
- Formulates recommendations and provides feedback to management regarding operational policies and procedures.
- Maintains control over audit procedures to ensure compliance with If weaknesses are identified, reports them to the Regional Director.
- Assists in ensuring that the branch is in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations set forth by the regulatory agencies.
- Monitors branch sales activity, including number of transactions, inventory volume, sales volume, sales performance, new product marketing trend.
- Maintains knowledge of the Hiossen’s products and services in order to efficiently train and motivate Branch sales reps to cross-selling.
- Provides training to Branch sales reps in regard to operations/policies and schedules, supervises, and motivates branch sales reps in an effort to maintain optimal client service satisfaction.
- Coaches Branch sales reps to fulfill business plan.
- Assists in evaluating Branch sales reps’ work performance by helping to prepare and deliver annual reviews and performing coaching sessions.
- Monitors quality of service for Branch sales reps and ensures that employees are maximizing opportunities to sell.
- Assists in managing the security and safety of the branch, by analyzing security and safety policies and procedures.
- Assists in the interviewing, hiring and training of new sales employees and branch administrative assistants.
- Represent and promote the Hiossen Company Brand image within the business.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a sales representative in an outside sales environment
- Preferred experience in outside sales within the medical or dental fields
- General understanding of the dental implant product and services and regular branch operation’s sales management concepts
- Advanced level of territory and people management skills for determining trends report generations and management
- Good systemic, data driven problem solver and decisions maker
- Strong interpersonal Able to communicate up and down the organization
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
