Bilingual In house lawyer (English and Korean)

As a global leader in dental implants, Hiossen Implant seeks a bilingual (Korean/English) In-House Lawyer to provide legal support across various departments, ensuring compliance with both U.S. and international regulations. This role will require regular communication with the South Korean headquarters.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• :General Legal Oversight: Providing legal oversight and support across departments to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines
• .Compliance & Legal Systems: Implementing and monitoring legal compliance systems to ensure adherence to both U.S. and international laws, with a focus on the medical device industry
• .Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, policies, and legal documents
• .Legal Guidance: Offering legal advice on a wide range of issues related to corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• .Settlement Negotiation: Negotiating settlements and resolving legal disputes related to contracts, compliance, or business operations
• .Monitoring Compliance: Reviewing and monitoring business activities for compliance and reporting findings
• .Project Leadership: Leading or coordinating special legal projects, such as regulatory compliance audits or new policy implementations, in collaboration with various departments
• .Immigration Issues: Addressing and advising on legal issues related to employee visas, work permits, and immigration law as necessary
• .Communication with Headquarters: Providing legal updates and advice to senior management at the South Korea headquarters
